Affordable CBT in Brighton and Hove
CBT is an evidence-based treatment option for people presenting to counselling with situational anxiety and low mood (Vs more entrenched, chronic feelings of distress for which we recommend counselling and psychotherapy). It's recognised by NICE and is currently the treatment of choice recommended by the NHS due to its psychoeducational benefits which make it the treatment of choice for people who aren't able, or interested, in engaging in less structured forms of therapy.
If you have had success with CBT in the past or you want to explore whether this form of directive therapy is for you, please know that our therapist Ian Coleman has the relevant tools and educational background to work with you in this fashion. Cost from £45 per 50-minute session.
Please note that the offer for CBT will be made according to availability and we are unable at this stage to guarantee this.
